University Campus Barnsley (UCB) will open its doors to prospective students and the general public at its next Open Day on Tuesday 23 June.

UCB is celebrating its 10th anniversary and members of the public are welcome to attend the Open Day and look around the campus at the event, which will run from 2pm to 7pm.

Those interested in studying at UCB will have the opportunity to talk to tutors, get information on student finance and find out about student life.

UCB provides an expertly taught, value for money learning experience at its town centre campus, which offers industry standard resources. Course fees start at just £5,995 per year for full time Higher National Certificates and Diplomas (HNC/Ds) and degrees.

A wide variety of full and part-time courses are on offer including degrees in Construction; Digital Film and Visual Effects Production; Early Years; Film, Animation, Music and Enterprise; Music Production and Sound Recording; and Popular Music.

HNC/Ds are also offered in Animal Management; Art and Crafts; Business (Administration), Business and Management; Commercial Gallery Management; Community Arts, Computing; Construction; Engineering; Games Design; Graphic Design; Hair and Beauty Management, Health and Social Care; Hospitality Management; Landscape Sculpture; Motorsport Engineering; Performing Arts; Public Services; Sport; and Travel and Tourism Management. Teacher Training courses are also available.
